Key Responsibilities
• Customer problem report analysis
• Propose and implement problem report resolution
• Update code
• Systems integration
• Test proposed fix, troubleshoot, and debug
• Drive problem report to closure
• Customer interaction

Position Requirements:
• Flight simulation
• Knowledge of aircraft systems
• Software development in FORTRAN and C
• Systems integration
