Location: Leicester Office\nJob Type: Full-time (Office-based, 5 days per week)\nWorking Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM\nSalary: £28,000 - £30,000 basic\nCommission: 10% on all sales (Year 1 OTE: £50,000+)\n\nJob Overview:\n\nWe are seeking four experienced Sales Energy Consultants to join our Leicester office. The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of recent B2B sales experience in energy, insurance, telecoms, utilities, or a similar sector. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where strong communication skills, resilience, and a results-focused mindset are key.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Identify and engage new business opportunities within the energy and utilities sector\n\n * Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business\n\n * Advise businesses on tailored energy solutions and cost-saving opportunities\n\n * Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing deals\n\n * Consistently meet and exceed sales targets\n\n * Stay up to date with industry trends, pricing structures, and regulatory changes\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in B2B sales (energy, insurance, telecoms, utilities, or similar)\n\n * A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets\n\n * Excellent negotiation and communication skills\n\n * Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven\n\n * Strong ability to build rapport and close deals confidently\n\n * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\n * Competitive basic salary of £28,000 - £30,000\n\n * Uncapped commission (10% on all sales)\n\n * First-year earnings potential of £50,000+\n\n * Supportive and energetic office environment\n\n * Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company\n\nInterview Process:\n\n 1.
