Location: Northampton City Centre\nJob Type: Full-time (Office-based, 5 days per week)\nWorking Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM\nSalary: £30,000 - £35,000 basic\nCommission: 10% on any sales made (Year 1 OTE: £50,000+)\n\nJob Overview:\n\nWe are looking for four experienced Sales Energy Consultants to join our growing team in Northampton City Centre. The ideal candidates will have previous experience in energy brokerage, a strong track record in B2B energy sales, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Identify and engage new business opportunities within the energy sector\n\n * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers\n\n * Advise clients on tailored energy solutions to meet their business needs\n\n * Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively\n\n * Work towards individual and team sales targets\n\n * Stay up to date with market trends, pricing structures, and industry regulations\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Proven experience in an energy brokerage role (B2B sales )\n\n * Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset\n\n * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities\n\n * Ability to manage a pipeline and work in a fast-paced sales environment\n\n * Confident, proactive, and self-motivated approach\n\n * Good knowledge of energy tariffs, contract structures, and procurement strategies\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\n * Competitive basic salary with uncapped commission (10% on all sales)\n\n * Realistic first-year earnings of £50,000+\n\n * Supportive and dynamic office environment\n\n * Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company\n\nInterview Process:\n\n 1.
