Backend Engineer (Golang) (1-year renewable contract)

-Actively involve in designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend systems. -Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from conception, design, development, testing, and deployment. -Adhere to software development standards and best practices within the team. -Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. -Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. -Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. -Mentor junior and mid-level developers, enhancing their technical skills and performance. -Stay up-to-date with the latest backend technologies and trends. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. -Conduct internal walkthrough of software design, analysis with internal stakeholders. -Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions. -Contribute to the improvement of development workflows and coding practices. -Constantly review, optimize and improve backend efficiency. -Contribute and nurture new technology or ideas aligned with business directions and technology roadmap. -Enjoy working in a fast-moving transformation journey. -Adapt, simply and act quickly based on the business needs. -Communicate with Internal shareholders on project status, deliverables, and overall project plans. -To ensure development meets project requirements. [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-hiredly-x-job-backend-engineer... -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. -Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in backend development or related role. -Proficiency in Java, .NET, Golang, NodeJS and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate). -Proven experiences in building robust high performance transactional systems. -Strong understanding of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) concepts and practical experience in implementing ESB solutions. -In-depth knowledge of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and experience in building ETL pipelines. -Familiarity with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and related protocols and standards is a plus. -Experience with Apache Camel or similar integration frameworks is highly desirable. -Solid understanding of database design and optimization techniques (SQL and NoSQL Databases). -Proficiency in containerization and cloud technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS etc.). -Experience in DevSecOps, CloudOps, CI/CD pipelines is a plus. -Experience in QA automation, stress test is a plus. -Strong enterprise analytics skills is a plus. -Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. -Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and verbal.
