In order to keep No1 share and to be more strong in W/W, need to enhance our ability of backend desing for performance, low power, squeezing die size and realize time to market. We need an engineer or leader of BE design with innovative mind. In addition, since need to work with engineer in Renesas Vietnum, global mind is also required.
