We are currently seeking a highly motivated Baggage Construction Manager located inSeattle, WA.
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
Required Certifications/Licenses:
- A valid state driver's license
- TWIC Access Card
- Must be able to pass TSA security and background check to obtain unescorted badging.
- OSHA 10-hour general industry safety
Certifications/Licenses:
- CPR/First Aid
Required Qualifications:
In order to become a candidate, you must possess the following skills and abilities.
- 15+ years of Project/Construction Management experience with a preference for experience in warehousing, package handling, shipping or baggage handling facilities and equipment in airport settings.
- Experience with CMGC project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask or manage/support multiple projects simultaneously
- Extensive written and verbal communication, organizational, and planning skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and industry project software packages
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing an extensive CM team that includes, as needed and approved by SEATAC construction project managers and other CM support staff. Varies extensively depending on the degree of SEATAC construction contract oversight activity.
- Supporting integrated team through staffing/etc. for third party inspector and subs, working closely with the client at the site, reviewing change orders and recommending, entitlement, and being one of the more vocal partners of the project
Salary:
- $65.00-$70.00/hr
Bonus Pay:
A bonus may be granted to employees depending on individual performance, employee utilization, attendance, tenure, and furtherance of other non-financial corporate goals; bonus opportunities are available at managements discretion.
