These roles provide the opportunity to work with an established team on a range of industry leading Australian and international projects as part of the energy transition. Join us now as we continue to grow on this exciting journey.These positions offer an extensive variety of work that will see you involved in: A variety of BESS projects including grid-scale, hybrid and off-grid projects Contributing to GHD’s Business Development activities Providing and reviewing technical advice on option analysis reports, conceptual and detailed designs, scope of works, cost estimates, cost modelling and delivery plans Working with our Australian and international teams to deliver a wide range of projects What would you bring to the team? Tertiary Engineering qualifications 5+ years professional experience in an engineering environment Significant experience in BESS design and BESS project delivery, ideally gained in a consultancy environment A proven track record in grid scale BESS project delivery Strong understanding of the relevant standards and regulations for BESS projects Knowledge of grid ancillary services and the market drivers relevant to BESS projects Knowledge of various battery technologies, including flow battery technologies Relevant business development skills and high levels of market connectivity Ability to work independently on challenging large-scale projects and consistent record of successful project delivery.
