• Good Experience with Battery Electric vehicles functions and Architecture, vehicle integration, EV modules, Battery Management system.
• Experience with high power systems e.g. High voltage (48V,200V, 400V) and current(>20A) areas.
• Experience with Vehicle SW Validation activities, Calibration, the tuning of the functionalities and SW release management.
• Documentation and validation of the parts and functions, ensuring Engineering Sign off is achieved through testing and validation at each vehicle build and development timing points.
• Holding Full UK Driving Licence
• Attend test events to validate the systems(cold and hot field trials) and other DVP test events, Regular testing and design reviews.
• Experience with FMEA’s (Design & Process) review throughout the project.
• Good Knowledge Functional safety aspects (ISO 26262).
• Experience with Legislative support e.g. EMI/EMC compliance testing and Homologation testing process.
