Battery test engineer
Job DescriptionAs a member of the e-powertrain team, your role will involve carrying out validation tests for the batteries of the future in our brand new battery safety laboratory. Abuse tests of all kinds up to thermal propagation and fire tests will be conducted. The position will be based in IDIADA's premises in Santa Oliva (Spain).ResponsibilitiesTest preparation and sample instrumentation: Configuration of test devices and data acquisition systems together with supervision installation of sensors and wiring.Test execution: Conducting tests according to project requirements, following established procedures and client indications.Test data analysis: Performing in-depth analysis of test data and elaborating comprehensive reports.Process development and improvement: Scrutinize existing testing configuration, procedures and methodologies in order to improve efficiency and quality, ensuring customer satisfaction.
