POSITION:
We are currently seeking an innovative and highly motivated Full Time ABA PROGRAM DIRECTOR to lead the creation, development, and setup of our new Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program. This role is pivotal in establishing a state-of-the-art program that aligns with our commitment to excellence in education, service delivery, and community impact. The BCBA Program Director will be responsible for developing the curriculum, setting up operational procedures, hiring and training staff, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain the well-being of clients and the integrity of the program.
- Design and develop a comprehensive ABA program from inception, ensuring it meets the needs of our target population.
- Establish program goals, objectives, and metrics for success.
- Develop policies and procedures that ensure efficient and effective program operations.
- Oversee the creation of the curriculum, including course content, training materials, and assessment tools.
- Recruit, hire, and train qualified staff to deliver high-quality ABA services.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the program team.

- Manage program budgets, resources, and equipment.
- Ensure the program complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Conduct regular program evaluations and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct assessments of clients at admission and as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including families, community organizations, and educational institutions.
- Represent the program at conferences, meetings, and other events to promote its objectives and achievements.
- Stay current with the latest research, trends, and best practices in ABA and related fields.
- Provide appropriate diagnoses and treatment recommendations based on a review of the clients history, signs, and symptoms.
- Provide crisis intervention services.
- Consult with agency staff, caregivers and other professionals.
- Maintain all documentation in appropriate and timely manner as required.
- Provide appropriate discharge planning for clients as required.
- Maintain knowledge of and act in accordance with Balance Treatment Center mission and philosophy.
- Participate in treatment planning.
- Provide utilization reviews as required.
- Attend in-service training and educational workshops.
- Attend all required staff meetings and trainings.
- Maintain knowledge of and act in accordance with current legal standards pertaining to professional practice, reporting requirements, professional boundaries, and related issues.
- Demonstrate respect for cultural and lifestyle diversities of clients and staff.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ABA, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record in program development and management.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, practices, and ethical standards.
- Minimum two years of experience in treating persons suffering from mental illness or substance abuse.
- Prior training in DBT, ACT, EMDR, Mindfulness or other evidenced-based practices is .
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
- Must be customer-service driven.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in creating and setting up ABA programs.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to ABA services.
