Job Summary:
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a Clinic Program Director role in Farmington, Missouri. Youll lead a team, implement evidence-based interventions, and guide the development of junior clinicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Mentor: Train, supervise, and mentor a team of RBTs.
- Client Success: Conduct behavioral assessments and oversee treatment programs.
- Family Collaboration: Provide caregiver training and support.
- Professional Development: Stay current with ABA trends and fulfill Continuing Education for BCBA certification.
Qualifications:
- Education: Masters in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in ABA, including ABLLS/VB-MAPP, and behavior programs.
- Certification: Current BCBA certification in good standing.
- Skills: Strong communication, assessment, and leadership skills; ability to multitask and work collaboratively.
- Travel: Valid drivers license and auto insurance required.
