We are looking for a skilled Beverage Service Technician to provide top-tier repair, maintenance, and installation services for coffee, powdered cappuccino, and slushie machines. Responsibilities

• Deliver Strong Equipment Service: Diagnose, repair, and Install Beverage Equipment like - coffee, cappuccino, and slushie machines; complete service reports and logs promptly.
• Lead Customer Satisfaction Efforts: Resolve customer issues swiftly, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and train customers on equipment use and maintenance.
• Manage Equipment Inventory: Maintain and organize tools, parts, and equipment on the service vehicle; order parts as needed.
• Lead Company-Wide Training Operations: Collaborate with the Field Service Manager to onboard and train new service technicians.

Work Schedule:

• Days: Monday - Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  
  

Qualifications 

• High school diploma/GED
• Associate degree or appliance repair certification
• Previous experience as an Beverage Repair Technician is
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; ability to drive a service van and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent customer service skills
