Bid Writer / Manager - Architectural Sector

Are you a detail-oriented Bid Writer or Manager with an exceptional knack for storytelling? As part of our dynamic team, here's what will be expected from you:

• Crafting compelling bid documents such as PQQs (Pre-Qualification Questionnaires), PCQ case studies, competition entries, award submissions along with engaging newsletters.
• Curating content that resonates with bids and presentations while maintaining brand consistency across all supporting documentation.
• Writing press releases and managing social media posts to amplify our studio's and values through various publications.
• Proactively identifying tender opportunities via portals/notices relevant to management review.

Skills Required:

• UK & US Bid Experience: You should possess specific experience crafting winning bids tailored both for UK-based projects as well as those on American soil; this shows adaptability toward different markets' standards.
• Exceptional Writing Talent: A background in creative writing or journalism would give you a distinct advantage due to its alignment with producing high-quality written material which can captivate readers immediately
• Architectural Industry Knowledgeable: At least 5 years immersed within bid-writing specifically tied up closely into architecture signifies practical insight essential towards making informed contributions during proposal development stages
• Microsoft Office Mastery: Proficiency especially using Word Excel PowerPoint translates directly efficient powerful presentation tools necessary every successful submission process
• Copywriting/Copyediting Expertise: Your ability turn complex ideas clear concise messages not only reflects skill also ensures communications stay aligned company branding guidelines

Design Software Savvy: Being proficient InDesign alongside adds valuable dimension role allowing craft visually striking materials complement textual narratives
