Working on variety of projects across the region you will be an essential part of the team in securing business opportunities by putting together bids and tenders.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nTrack and distribute bid opportunities to align with strategic goals across various sectors.\nAnalyse tender documentation to prioritise relevant aspects of the bid process.\nConduct comprehensive research on clients, projects, stakeholders, and competitors to identify winning strategies.\nChampion the agreed strategy and ensure all team members are engaged and informed.\nDefine client requirements and deliverables while managing timelines and accountability.\nLead the bid programme, ensuring compliance and quality throughout the process.\nFacilitate progress meetings and engage with external consultants for their insights.\nEnsure legal documents are reviewed ahead of submission.\nManage communications regarding client tender clarifications and gather required responses.\nProactively write and edit compelling content, ensuring clarity and compliance.\nShare best practises and continuously improve team performance.\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nExceptional organisational and project management skills.\nImpeccable written English; adept at editing and shaping responses.\nAbility to manage collaboration across diverse teams, including technical experts and external partners.\nProficient in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint.\nStrong commitment to stakeholder engagement and team support.\nPositive, proactive attitude with keen attention to detail.\nFlexibility to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.\nProfessional demeanour and effective communication skills at all levels.\nUnderstanding of the infrastructure environment and procurement strategies.\nExperience in Construction and Bid writing is not essential but advantageous.How to Apply: If this sounds like you and you would like to know more, either apply online, email your CV to (url removed) or call to speak to Tania on (phone number removed)\n\nOffice Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
