We are a company specializing in designing, producing, and installing kitchens and bathrooms in multiple residential projects. We are looking for an Architect or Kitchen Designer to work in our Doral office. Apply now!
Responsibilities
- Design and develop multiple projects at the same time, in different statuses.
- Prepare shop drawing in 2020 Design AutoCAD (cabinets and countertops).
- Prepare excel spreadsheets: summary projects, unit breakdown, installation schedule, cabinets orders, countertops orders, packing list, and purchase invoice.
- Prepare and send Submittals to General Contractors.
- Work and communicate with team members and stakeholders.
- Collect project information: goals, scope of work, requirements, specifications, materials, colors, model, and details in each project.
- Follow projects status up.
- Work in a team environment.
- Posses great leadership and management skills
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish ).
- Ability to use 2020 Design and AutoCAD.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
- Building code: FHA, ADA. (Specially building codes in the State of Florida)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Management and Leadership Skills
- Work well with team members

Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
