BIM Specialist Infrastructure and Digital ProjectDelivery

Ensure inclusion of BIM requirements in tender documents and communicate the requirements to the supply chain and relevant stakeholders Conduct BIM capability assessment in each tender and evaluate tender submissions to ensure compliance with Employers Information Requirements Provide advice to senior staff in relation to the incorporation of BIM in the department on complex matters Develop, lead, and assist project teams in BIM project setup Develop and deliver, both internally and in conjunction with supply chain structured BIM models for Programs / Projects Plan project BIM deliverables and manage their effective delivery in accordance with the Project Schedule and BIM Execution Plan (BEP) Manage the development of BIM Objects for the corporate library in coordination with the Engineering Services Department Provide guidance and assistance with design projects to ensure they are setup and progress optimally Develop and establish SLAs and KPIs to monitor and report BIM implementation within the Department Develop procedures to facilitate sharing of content and knowledge throughout the organization Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the BIM environment
