BMS & Metering Compliance Manager

CSS Recruitment and Training are looking for a BMS & Metering Compliance Manager.



Preferably looking for someone who is Northampton based, with workload also in London.



Working on behald of a Tier 1 M&E Contractor on commercial projects. Applicant will need previous experience working for a large M&E Contractor.



Responsibilities:



* Oversee and manage BMS and metering compliance for M&E projects.



* Ensure all systems comply with industry standards and regulations.



* Develop and implement compliance strategies and procedures.



* Conduct regular audits and inspections of BMS and metering systems.



* Provide technical support and training to project teams.



* Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve compliance issues.



* Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records.



* Report on compliance status and progress to senior management.



Qualifications:



* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.



* Extensive experience in BMS and metering compliance, particularly in M&E projects.



* Proficiency in relevant software and tools.



* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.



* Excellent communication and leadership abilities.



* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
