With a strong presence in the industry, we specialise in designing, installing, and maintaining advanced BMS systems for a diverse range of clients across London and beyond.\n\nPosition Overview: They are seeking an experienced and dynamic BMS Project Manager to join the team in London due to their ongoing workload. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of BMS projects, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality, timeliness, and budgetary constraints.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead and manage BMS projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project time lines and budgets.\nCoordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to define project requirements and deliverables.\nDevelop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and progress tracking.\nEnsure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations throughout the project life-cycle.\nConduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality control.\nPrepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and potential risks.\nFacilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.\nManage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and technical specifications.\nDrive continuous improvement by analysing project outcomes and implementing lessons learned.Qualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.\nProven experience as a Project Manager in the BMS or construction industry.\nStrong knowledge of BMS systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.\nExcellent leadership, organisational, and time management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.\nProficiency in project management software and tools.\nPMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.What We Offer:\n\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.
