About the Role



We are seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager with 5+ years in installing, commissioning, and servicing Tridium, Distech, and Automated Logic systems. You’ll lead smart building projects, ensuring seamless integration of HVAC, lighting, and energy management solutions.



Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end BMS projects – from planning to handover.

Oversee installation & commissioning of BMS controllers and field devices.



*



Configure and program Niagara, EC-Net, and WebCTRL systems.



*



Ensure BMS integration with third-party systems (BACnet, Modbus, LON).



*



Troubleshoot, optimise, and maintain BMS performance.



*



Coordinate with clients, contractors, and engineers to meet project goals.



Skills & Experience



✅ 5+ years’ experience in BMS project management

✅ BMS Expertise – Tridium Niagara 4, Distech EC-Net, Automated Logic WebCTRL

✅ Technical Knowledge – HVAC, control panels, M&E, automation logic

✅ Networking Protocols – BACnet, Modbus, LONworks

✅ Project Management – Budgeting, scheduling, team coordination

✅ Qualifications – BMS certifications (Niagara/Distech/Automated Logic), CSCS/ECS, SMSTS ()
