Responsibilities:



Negotiating and managing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.

Managing project costs from inception to completion.

Preparing accurate estimates, budgets, and tender documents.

Ensuring projects meet both financial and technical objectives.



Experience Required:



A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, engineers, and contractors.

Familiarity with building automation, HVAC systems, or eelectrical/mechanical engineering is a plus.
