Ideally candidates will be qualified with Trend or Tridium BMS equipment; however we could train the right candidate as long as they have other BMS/Controls experience and the right attitude for the position.



Candidate should have at least 2 years BMS experience needed with strong IT skills and knowledge of the plant operation associated with the controls



The successful applicants will be working mainly within the London & M25 area at a variety of sites both in commissioning of small project works and in maintenance and service of larger projects.



Standard hours of working are 0800 – 1700 with a 1-hour break for lunch.



For the permanent positions salary is negotiable for the right candidate but is anticipated to be £35K — 45K per annum, depending on ability.



In addition the engineer will be on the roster for call out cover, which currently adds £1,260 per annum for standby and minimum 4 hours overtime for out-of-hours call-out attendance and there is also plenty of scheduled overtime available.



There are 23 days paid holiday in addition to the normal public holidays and a benefits package including all tools and laptop, a car/car allowance, all travelling expenses, life cover, permanent health insurance and medical insurance.
