Responsibilities

• Oversee caseload of 8-10 kiddos in center based setting
• Hybrid Role - 2 days a week Work from Home, 3 days a week in the Center
• Manage and train RBTs.
• Conducting assessments, and supervising treatment plans.
• Provide parent coaching and work with other disciplines including Speech and Occupational Therapy.
• Experience using ABLS, AFOLS, and VB-Mapp .

Qualifications

Required
 

• BCBA or BCBA-D
• New BCBAs encouraged to apply!

Compensation

• $80K - 85K + Up to 20K in Bonuses.
