Job Summary

Discovery ABA is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time BCBA to join our rapidly expanding team in Ogden, Utah working a hybrid schedule. In this role, you will conduct in-depth assessments, develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, and monitor progress for children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and ensure that all services align with evidence-based practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to improving the lives of children facing behavioral challenges and a passion for making a meaningful impact in the community.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Provide ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Supervise and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians to ensure the effective implementation of behavior intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to client care.
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field of ABA.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or developmental disabilities is required.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates are .

Compensation

  • $75,000 - $95,000 annually, based on experience.
