Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 plus bonus structure.
- Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!

BCBA Role at Discovery ABA:
As a BCBA, you'll:
- Conduct FBAs and develop treatment plans.
- Provide direct ABA therapy in home and community settings.
- Supervise and train RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and professionals.
- Collect data to track progress and inform treatment.
- Participate in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- BCBA Certification required.
- LBA certification in Virginia.
- Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Experience as an ABAT, RBT, or Behavior Technician required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
