Distinguished, national insurance defense litigation firm is looking for experienced NEW YORK AUTO ACCIDENT OR TRUCKING ACCIDENT Litigation Attorneys (Plaintiff's or Defense) to join their HICKSVILLE, NY team on Long Island.

WE ALLOW HYBRID REMOTE SO YOU CAN WORK FROM HOME 2-3 DAYS PER WEEK (should live within a commutable distance to Hicksville, NY).

Should have substantial experience with NY Bodily Injury Defense or Plaintiff's Personal Injury cases, namely Trucking Accidents and/or Motor Vehicle Accidents. We handle the defense of commercial vehicles, package delivering companies and trucking accidents involving high-limit policies.

***IDEAL Candidates have 2 + years experience in NY Auto/Trucking Accident Defense Litigation and/or other substantial experience with auto accident defense in NY, with experience working up a large volume of trucking and/or car accident cases through trial.***

DUTIES: reviewing and analyzing new files from assignment by the adjuster, drafting pleadings, motions, issuing written discovery, answering discovery, deposition prep, depositions, arguing motions, attending court hearings, mediations, trials client phone calls,and regularly preparing comprehensive status reports to the clients. Should have experience with expert witness depositions and preparing for same.
