What You’ll Do:

Lead, coach, and inspire the warehouse and logistics teams to exceed expectations



*



Oversee day-to-day operations using state-of-the-art warehouse management systems



*



Analyze performance, tackle challenges, and implement solutions to drive growth



*



Maintain top-notch customer service by ensuring orders are delivered efficiently



*



Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards



Who You Are:

An experienced operations leader with a knack for coaching and motivating teams

Cool under pressure, adaptable, and ready to tackle challenges head-on

Data-savvy with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport



Qualifications:

Leadership & management certifications (CMI/ILM or similar)



*



Level 3 in Warehousing Management



*



Familiarity with Warehouse Stock Management systems and processes



⏰ Working Hours:



*



45 hours/week: Monday to Friday (8.5-hour days) + alternate Saturdays



*



Shifts between 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break
