Brand Manager REEF

About the Role This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Define target audience profiles and create tailored brand positioning strategies. Marketing and Promotion: Maintain a good relationship with DSPs Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and increase sales Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results. Customer Experience: Ensure that the brand experience is consistent and aligns with customer expectations. Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement. Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the culinary team to align menu offerings with brand identity and customer preferences. Build relationships with influencers, media, and industry partners to amplify brand presence. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand growth, customer engagement, and sales. Prepare and present regular reports on brand performance and marketing effectiveness. Adjust strategies based on data insights and performance metrics. Onboarding new content: Identify and approach new content Be the main POC between Reef and Content partners Own the pre – Onboarding / Onboarding process from A to Z with all stakeholders About You Strong understanding of Brand Development and Marketing principles. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Analytic skills Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English – French and Arabic is a Plus What We’ll Provide Competitive all inclusive salary package – AED15,000 – 16,000 Paid Annual holiday Medical Insurance Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
