We are in search of a Skilled Full Time Builder / Carpenter / Contruction to produce Traditional and Modern Portable Storage Buildings. We are looking for someone who is punctual, self-motivated, creative, organized, able to follow directions and takes pride in their work. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a reliable work schedule with consistent hours and work location. 

Builder / Carpenter Responsibilities:

• Assemble Walls, Floors, Trusses, Roofing and Siding
• Painting
• Creative thinking, self-driven and ability to bring problem solving to the team.
• Quality Control
• Help the team with shop stocking and organizing.
• Working in haste to complete buildings in a timely manner

Builder / Carpenter / Contruction Requirements:

• Know how to read a tape measure.
• An understanding of roof pitches.
• Know essential construction skills.
• Experience and ability to work with power tools which include but not limited to Miter Saw, Skill Saw, Nail Gun, Screw Gun, Power Drill, Reciprocating Saw, Router and Table Saw.
• Personal Hand tools. We supply all power tools.
• Ability to independently lift to 80 lbs.
• Ability to climb up and down ladders as tall as 10 feet.
• Ability to work, get up or get down in a prone, squatting, kneeling, stooping, standing, or stretching position.
• Able to follow instructions and directions.
• Superior ability to work in a variety of extreme climates.
• Professional Work Ethic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sense of anticipation and responsibility to complete buildings in a timely manner
• Transportation to work and Punctual.
• Valid Driver's License. Help with errands.
• Experience operating a forklift.

Carpentry or Building Experience 3+ years recommended or Great Work Ethic with the ability to learn quickly. 

Employment is contingent upon background check and drug screening.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
