Experience, Skills & Qualifications required: Degree in Controls, Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Services engineering Working towards achieving Chartered Engineer status Strong post-qualification design experience in buildings control systems Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations Competent in relevant design software Team player Organised and adaptable with a flexible approach to work Ability to meet strict deadlines Ability to communicate with colleagues and clients through sketching, drawing and in writing Willingness to travel Motivated, proactive and willing to take on new challenges Responsibilities will include: Designing the controls systems and commissioning on projects to optimise buildings performance and management Preparation of contract documentation, specifications and drawings Coordination of work with others members of design teams Ensuring that all designs and documents are prepared to the highest standards Compiling project reports Conceptual design studies and reports Keeping up to date with industry and technical developments and changes Surveys and site inspections Mentoring and development of junior engineers in the group Required Skills: Engineer Buildings Drawing Travel Engineers Commissioning Specifications Regulations Writing Documentation Software Engineering Design Training Management
