$110,000 - $125,000 + Comprehensive Benefits

Monday - Friday (Swing Shift 2:30pm-10:30pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform both reactive and proactive maintenance on all mechanical and electrical systems
• Utilize multi-disciplinary skills across electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems to maintain optimal performance
• Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and meets performance targets
• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) consistently
• Conduct modifications and installations of equipment and systems as required
• Collaborate with subcontractors and external suppliers to ensure timely and quality service delivery
• Maintain and care for all tools and equipment, ensuring they remain in excellent condition
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and management, providing a client-focused service

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 2+ years of experience in a Building Engineer or similar maintenance role
• A recognized qualification in one of the following: Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC
• Flexibility to take on duties beyond your core trade when required
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Client-facing experience is highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
