Job SummaryWe’re looking for a hardworking building maintenance technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player and a problem solver who has some prior building maintenance experience.

Responsibilities 

• Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our facilities operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
• Change light bulbs, replace ceiling tiles, basic plumbing maintenance, paint and patch work and any other minor repairs as needed
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail

The ideal individual will be able to perform a wide range of general maintenance tasks that include but are not limited to:

Painting, fixing holes in walls, replacing doors, helping fix appliances (refrigerators, washers and dryers), minor plumbing, and most importantly the ability to problem solve and fix things.
