As a Building Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring the overall functionality and safety of the property, making repairs, and supporting day-to-day operations to provide an exceptional living experience for .

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Perform a wide variety of repairs, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, structural, appliances, and pool maintenance.
• Vacant Unit Preparation: Assist with preparing vacant units for rental, ensuring they are in excellent condition.
• Daily Inspections: Inspect the property daily—grounds, building, vacant apartments, recreation areas, and lighting—ensuring curb appeal, safety, and operational requirements are met.
• Work Orders & Documentation: Complete work orders, inspections, and any required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
• Team Collaboration: Work with property managers and area managers on projects as needed, contributing to team success.

Requirements:

• Skills & Experience: Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and the ability to read a tape measure.
• Tools: Must have your own basic tools for performing maintenance tasks.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with team members and .
• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Certifications: HVAC/boiler certification is a plus.
• Background & Drug Screen: Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
