Building Maintenance Technician

As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will contribute to the upkeep and functionality of our facilities.

Position is 7am-3:30pm M-F with possible on-call for weekends and holidays

Job Overview:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality of the building.
- Experience with some working knowledge of HVAC systems.
- General building maintenance.
- Collaborate with the facilities maintenance team to address maintenance needs promptly.

Duties:
- Perform regular maintenance needs.
- Experience with some working knowledge of HVAC
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Help maintain inventory for supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in building maintenance or a related field.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Customer service-oriented mindset when addressing maintenance requests.
- Experience in General Maintenance
