Building Services Engineer – London - £48,000 + Travel**



As a Building Services Engineer you will be covering Kensington & Chelsea carrying out PPM/reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks on prestigious buildings housing blue chip clients.



* £48,000 (DOE)



* Oyster / travel card



* Overtime available



* Pension



* 33 days holiday



* Tools and training provided



Requirements – 18th Edition qualified, driving licence and good maintenance knowledge including emergency lighting, fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant and water treatment.
