£36,000 to £39,000 with a full benefits package.



90% Tamworth based with some travel to other sites.



Monday – Friday 8:00am – 16:00pm



You will have use of a hire car or choose to use your own vehicle and claim the fuel / mileage. This is for travel to other sites other than your home site in Dordon.



Vacancy description



We are currently recruiting a Building Services Technician for our client’s operation in Tamworth, where you will be responsible for a number of sites within the region. This will include their automated distribution centre in Dordon and the Northern Region Sites. This is an integral role where you will be conducting maintenance activities across the sites, ensuring that we deliver an efficient and cost-effective service to both internal and external customers, where you will be responsible for building maintenance, office plant, compressor plant, generators and the overall infrastructure across the sites. This will include anything from Toilets to HVAC.



As a Building Services Technician, you will maintain the site on a daily basis, with a clear focus on continuous improvement and cost savings across all areas of the business.



To be considered for this role, you must be an experienced building services technician, preferably within a facilities maintenance role where you will possess strong technical ability relating to mechanical maintenance and facilities.



Minimum Qualification - Level 2 Building Maintenance, Facilities Maintenance or Plumbing.
