Job Title: Building Services Shift Engineer



Location: Chelmsford, Essex



Salary: £45,000 per annum



Shifts: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights, 7:00 - 7:00)



Are you an experienced M&E Shift Engineer looking for an exciting new challenge? Join my client who are a dynamic Facilities Management team, managing a critical building in Chelmsford!



About the Role:



You’ll be part of a large, highly skilled engineering team responsible for maintaining a large commercial site. Your duties will include:



* Performing planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of M&E systems, ensuring the smooth operation of the building.



* Working with electrical systems and supporting mechanical duties.



* Managing and troubleshooting complex technical issues within a critical environment.



* Collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure all compliance and safety standards are met.



Package details:



* Competitive Salary: £45,000 per annum.



* Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off covering both days and nights (7:00 – 7:00).

Ideal Experience:



* Proven experience as an M&E Technician in a critical or busy environment.



* NVQ Level 3 or higher in Mechanical or Electrical discipline



* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.



* Committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
