Currently, they are looking for a Building Tendering & Technical Associate/Director(PE Civil) ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and maintenance of the client planResponsible for achievement of revenue and relevant utilisation targetsInvolving with tenders in conjunction with Business Development (bid planning, facilitation, costing, writing, technical inputs, and signoff)Manage project profitability and financial contribution for allocated projectsAccountable for effective closeout of projects and debrief on all projects with the clientRequirementsMaster/Degree in Civil / Structural with PE (Civil / Structural) registration with Professional Engineers Board in SingaporeMin 10 years of experience in relevant fieldAble to tender / business development for building projectExperienced in the delivery of major and/or complex design projects
