Position Summary

The ideal candidate for Bulk Plant Manager must possess excellent communication skills, proven track record managing a team, and have strong attention to detail. Solid organization and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work with changing priorities. Experience with Petroleum Products helpful.

Principle Accountabilities

Responsibilities:

· Plan, organize, direct, and oversee day-to-day operations of Bulk Plant employees

· Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standards

· Must be a proven effective leader

· Allocate resources effectively

· Monitor operations and initiate corrective action

· Commit to safety procedures

· Ensure all order requests are fulfilled

Maintain compliance with DOT and environmental regulation

Qualifications may include:

· Demonstrate ability to effectively run warehouse and fleet operations

· Warehouse/Distribution technology systems

· Fleet Logistics Management

· Experience in project management

· Environmental and Safety Regulations

· Strong Leadership and positive communicator

· Ability to problem solve in high stress situations

· Inventory Management
