Job Summary:
Airswift is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Analyst to support the integration of newly acquired business units under the Operational Technology (OT) and SCADA Workstream. This critical role ensures the smooth and efficient transition of SCADA and OT systems into our environment while supporting project milestones and comprehensive program reporting.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in IT systems integration, vendor management, and project coordination — particularly within Mergers & Acquisitions and Operational Technology environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Asset Integration:

Lead and assist in the integration of newly acquired SCADA and OT systems into the company's technical environment.

Ensure seamless transition of critical infrastructure and assets.
Business Requirements Gathering:

Collaborate with business users to gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.

Assist in drafting project documentation, specifications, and use cases.
Vendor Onboarding & Management:

Support the RFP and SOW creation process, vendor evaluations, and assist in selection.

Facilitate onboarding and ongoing communication with vendors.
Project Milestone Support:

Assist in planning, execution, and tracking of project milestones.

Help identify risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with business goals.
Technology Support & Testing:

Collaborate with IT and technical teams to design and implement solutions aligned with project objectives.

Assist in the development and testing of OT procedures.
Change Management:

Track and manage change requests, deployment timelines, and production cutover processes.

Ensure smooth coordination and communication during changes.
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

7–10 years of proven experience as a Technical Analyst.

Strong experience with Mergers & Acquisitions and Systems Integration.

Familiarity with project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across business and technical teams.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiar with tools such as JIRA, Trello, PowerBI, or similar.
Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with Operational Technology (SCADA/HMI/Control Systems), especially in Gas Pipeline or Gas Utility sectors.

Background working with Professional Service Companies.

Understanding of industry best practices for system integration and process optimization.
