Business Analyst - Power Trading & Dispatch - 4-6 Month Contract

Location: Birmingham, United Kingdom

Hybrid Working Model - 2/3 Days a week

​

Day Rate: Up to £600 Inside IR35

​

We are seeking an experienced

Business Analyst

with a strong background in

power trading and dispatch

applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

optimisation and scheduling ,

ancillary services

(essential),

trade entry , and

power exchange

processes. Experience working with

Grid ESO

is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to application changes and enhancements within the

power trading and dispatch

domain.

Focus on areas such as

optimisation & scheduling ,

ancillary services ,

trade entry , and

power exchange .

Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.

Conduct business analysis, documentation, and gap analysis to drive improvements.

Liaise with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
