What you'll be doing on the job The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for customers and partners, and must be customer-oriented with a strong background in cloud, enterprise SaaS, and/or Block Chain technologies.Responsibilities: Be the key point of contact for select large enterprise customers and partners serving enterprises building Block Chain applications Build and manage partnerships with regional and country BaaS portal providers.Provide business and technical knowledge to existing BSN partners and enterprises to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships.Drive customer retention, renewals, upsells and customer satisfaction.Provide the Red Date engineering team with data-driven customer feedback to help identify potential new opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.
