If you are looking to grow in an exciting career filled with opportunities and potential, we are seeking a professional to join our team as Business Development Director (Employee Benefit - Marketing) The Role: Working with Superior to plan and strategize to achieve personal sales target by developing renewal and new business. Responsible for business development of GID EB through Direct Approach to achieve business targets. Track sales performance and key initiatives to prepare weekly sales report. Management of the day to day distribution support and activities for existing corporate client. Building and maintaining professional relationships and actively engage with client and ensure deliver and uphold high level of standard service experience. To assist in organizing events, employee briefing, CUR presentation for corporate members and corporate HR. Involve in projects or initiatives that will further grow the overall Corporate Direct Employee Benefits business. As part of the leadership team, work with key stakeholders to proactively shape the organisation's culture and conduct environment that is aligned to the organization's Core Values Champion culture and conduct behavioral expectations within the Department/Division Takes accountability in considering business and regulatorypliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks. Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatorypliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard thepany. Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices. Toply Credit Control Procedure (CCP) Assist in any other ad-hoc assignments The Person: Tertiary Education is required, minimum of Degree / Diploma in Insurance, Business Studies & Marketing or related discipline Minimum 5 - 7 years of work experience preferably in marketing or sales in financial industry. Goodmunication skills - written and verbal. Industry practices & knowledge onpetitors & their products Flexible in terms of time in view of training/product or project, launches or functions or events during weekends, pubic holidays and after office hours. Managerial skills - has experience in managing a sales team. Perception and Attentiveness - Entails identifying when a problem exist, organizing information in meaningful ways, and shifting between multiple activities or sources of information. Demonstrates alignment with the organisation's core values through expected behaviours Result-driven - Signifies that when work on project and always look to provide the best result High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork. Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
