Business Development Director

- More than 10 years of experiences of demonstrated career in sales and marketing of payment service to clients, especially to Merchants. - With previous experience in client development, project implementation, product development related to bank card payment sector. - More than 3 years of experience related to Banks industry is a plus. Business Development Director | Fintech | Up to USD 4,000 | HCM DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Setup a sales plan and find a target merchant (SME/Corporate), banks, Financial Institue to propose card payment service and VAS. - Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and companies (government agency, banks, financial organization, e-wallet). - Working with clients from the beginning, contracting to delivery of products, services, and support: + Define requirements (Survey customer requirements, business analysis, Consulting process adjustment, unified request, request approval). + Deploy, training (Hand-over record, customer support, warranty). + Marketing, promoting, selling and distributing products. - Proactive in resolving key client issues and complaints. - Managing client & partner’s expectations, developing a complete understanding of key account needs. - Other activities relating company’s strategic partners/ customers. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor degree and above Experience: - More than 10 years of experiences of demonstrated career in sales and marketing of payment service to clients, especially to Merchants. - More than 3 years of experience related to Banks industry is a plus. - With previous experience in client development, project implementation, product development related to bank card payment sector.
