Job Title: Business Development Director - Photovoltaics and Energy Storage Market (w/m/d) Location: Unterschleißheim, Germany Position Description: We are currently looking for a Business Development Director (w/m/d) in the photovoltaics and energy storage market to join our Munich team. The role is to focus on market expansion for photovoltaic EPC and energy storage products in Europe, identify future business opportunities and develop strong customer relationship. In this role, you are expected to be responsible for: Building and managing the overseas photovoltaic storage and charging sales team, undertaking the development planning and achievement of business goals and tasks for overseas photovoltaic storage and charging (mainly in European region) Initiate RFQ‘s, oversee CFT quote activity to ensure complete timely completion and obtain the proper authorization for the plant to proceed on customer projects and assignments, for Minth Europe and Minth Overseas RFQs Formulating marketing strategies for overseas photovoltaic storage and charging products Strengthening important customer relationships Planning and managing sales channels and pricing systems Collecting information on overseas target markets for photovoltaic storage and charging projects, provide product feedback for research and development, and seek channel partners Work with manufacturing support personnel on new and existing product process issues to understand and maintain a knowledge base for both existing and potential products Participate in the development of presentations and negotiation of contracts Planning and managing overseas after-sales services Following qualifications and abilities are expected for this role: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or Engineering preferred or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience in the photovoltaics and energy storage market, sales, or related industries Experience in photovoltaic storage and charging products and business operation management Being familiar with the relevant policies, project operation processes, and regulations of photovoltaic storage and charging in European countries Possess customer resources for photovoltaic storage and charging channels Good project organization, negotiation and team management skills Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Products to analyze data and trends, prepare written correspondence and presentations for executive level meetings Strong communication and collaboration skills in English, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels Hands on, highly motivated, results oriented, and driven with a continuous improvement mindset Ability and willingness to travel worldwide What you can expect Participation in international projects with highly motivated and performance-oriented teams Exiting customers in the premium automotive segment Pleasant work atmosphere Different company events, Corporate Benefits & ‘Betriebliche Altersvorsorge’ Join our team!
