You may also manage some project(s).How you will contributeYou will:The role is sitting in BU Leadership Team responsible for planning and execution of projects for the BU including capex and cash flow management and all Business Development Projects (e.g. NPDs)This job is also accountable for ensuring engineering leadership for the modification of existing lines supporting the technical agenda towards 85% Global Line Efficiency and the target of 100% Vertical Start-up of new lines as well as leading the development and execution of new initiatives in line with the site master plan.The role supports and co-leads global and regional engineering platforms working towards standardized line designs.As such, the role leads and champions the development of required skills within plant engineering teams through technical and project managerial capabilities upgrade and coaching to ensure initiatives are managed at a high level of efficiency, quality and employee safety.As part of the Integrated Lean 6 Sigma (IL6S) implementation the role owns and leads the ‘Innovation Initiative Pillar (IIM)’ which is one of eleven pillars of IL6S being responsible for Vertical Start Up (VSU) management and Technical Readiness in all initiatives. It will be necessary to use advanced leadership tools promoting cultural change throughout the organization through functional capability building and driving/applying IL6S work processes.The role is the key interface between the sites in the BU and key support functions such as regional Business Development (BD), Regional and Global Engineering, Capex Procurement, Finance, Global and Regional RD&Q, Regional Safety and Quality and the Commercial Teams. If you meet the mentioned requirements the entry gross-salary for this position will be EUR 103.000-- per year, split up in 14 pays for full-time.
