Job Description

We’re recruiting ambitious, motivated, and energetic Sales Executives to join our clients Business Development team in their Yeadon, Leeds office.

Key Benefits:

  • Up to£25,000 pa, dependent on experience
  • Uncapped Commission – OTE £32,000 - £37,000

The Role

You will be responsible for seeking out new business leads and opportunities for our clients’ solutions. You’ll do this be researching and engaging with potential businesses to gain understanding of their interests and goals. Your aim will be to secure commitment from prospects and arrange appointments for the field sales team. Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Researching and qualifying potential B2B clients throughLinkedIn.
  • Calling potential clients to engage and build excellent working relationships.
  • Promoting our client’s products and services to qualified prospects.
  • Planning andbooking sales appointments for the field sales team.
  • Researching new industries and potential areas of success to target.

The Candidate

We’re looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals who love building relationships. This role would suit someone with prior retail, hospitality, or telephone-based experience. You must be confident in engaging with people and driven to exceed targets.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year in a customer facing role. Preferably atelephone-based role.
  • Excellent research skills – Proficient in usingLinkedIn.
  • Target driven and motivated to exceed targets and KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • Strongtelephone manner and ability to objection handle.
  • UK resident and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
