Business Development Lead - SES

Role Context:

SES are seeking for a safety focused, high-performing Business Development Specialist to lead incentivised growth of our customer base across all locations, the role will be critical in developing new customer relationships, meeting customer delivery expectations and delivering specific and assigned revenue growth via attainment of new long term agreements while keeping SES both competitive and innovative. This role will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, developing and delivering on business development sales strategies in line with wider business strategies, goals and priorities.

You'll be:

  • Accountability for achieving business growth and achieving and exceeding sales targets with key deliverables of successfully onboarding new clients on a pre-defined and regular basis
  • Design, implement and deliver a measurable, rolling strategic business growth strategy that aligns with the businesses goals and expands SES’ external customer base
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships partnering with them to understand their need.
  • Leading and growing SES’ sales team, being accountability for SES’ communications, Social Media accounts and development of a SM plan
  • Accountability for onboarding new customers per Worley’s system, Present sales, revenue, expenses reports and realistic forecasts to Senior Management.
  • Identify of emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of direct competition and new products. 
  • Supporting ITT opportunities as defined by Senior Management


You'll have:

  • High energy individual with keenness and ability to develop and maintain strong relationship
  • Prior experience working within a Sales or Business Development position.
  • Ability to self-manage & have proven ability to drive the sales process from strategy to close
  • Knowledge of the hire industry, ideally with experience in equipment to support construction activities
  • Proven successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Flexibility to travel regularly and at short notice
