Business Development Manager (Specialty brands)

We are searching for a Business Development Manager (Specialty brand) based Tokyo. This position will be primarily engaging in national dealers with Specialty Brands products to hit their annual trading targets, especially by collaborating and supporting them through their brand representation enhancement.Essential Functions: Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customersEstablish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships through presenting business growth plansCreate e-commerce sales plans and gather information/coordinate with other departments to execute them to achieve maximum outcomePerform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needsExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfactionAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduleCoordinate sales effort with team members and other departmentsAnalyze territory/market’s potential, track sales and report statusSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.Continuously improve through feedbackContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s degreeMore than 5 years proven work experience as a Sales RepresentativeFamiliarity with MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and phone systemsExcellent communication ability to build productive and professional relationshipsHighly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in salesOpen for adopting changes to better cope with changing systems, processes, and business environmentPrioritizing, time management and organizational skillsAbility to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needsRelationship management skills and openness to feedbackBS/BA degree or equivalentSpecialty brands product knowledge including Fender/Squier preferredCan play guitar and has passion for music instruments Preferred candidates are: Fully bilingual and being exposed to global team discussion and collaborationStrong team management leadership through coaching skills“Can do attitudes” and a solution provider based on data analysisStrong presentation skills with logicsUnderstand end to end business and work collaboratively with other departmentsCan deal with ambiguity while strategize with a big picture to actual executionExperiences in global e-commerce sales or marketingStrong will to step up as a future leader for sales team
