RMA/ Western Technologies INC is a consulting firm provides a of quality service that offers professional services in the southwestern United States in the fields of geotechnical engineering, environmental engineering, construction materials engineering and testing. We have a full-time opportunity for an experienced Business Manager in our Las Vegas NV office. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented professional to help lead our great company.

Duties include, but not limited to, the following:

  • Information retrieval and data-entry
  • Report processing and distribution
  • Reception and telephone support
  • Customer service
  • General administrative support to Managing Director

Minimum qualifications for the position:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365
  • Proficient in ADP and other payroll software
  • HR background a plus but not required
