Business Operations Engineer (AWS)

Position Overview This position will be based in our Enterprise Delivery Center, located in Bangalore, India. Our Enterprise Delivery Center is focused on customer satisfaction and is comprised of accomplished and well-motivated Support Analysts. You will come with expectations around excellence and efficient resolution for Enterprise application support incidents. You will be focused on incident management and resolution for application business support service for our global customers and client services teams. ResponsibilitiesAdministration, configuration, and customization of enterprise business applications to support business users.Troubleshoot and resolution of functional issues related to Order-to-Access business flow, involving AWS-based applications and enterprise ERP/CRM systemsAdminister workflows, validation rules, reports, and service cloud features.Troubleshoot APIs for partner integrationAdministration of user access and security model involving Roles, Profiles, Public Groups, Sharing Rules, Queues, etc.Deliver prompt delivery of service within the agreed SLAsMinimum QualificationsAny Bachelors/Master's degree is a must with preference to Computer Applications5 years of overall experience working in the software industry and a minimum of 1-2 years of expertise in ERP, CRM, and related applications support.Hands-on experience in AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS and DynamoDB. Ability to create and execute SQL queries.Good understanding of CRM applications like Salesforce and SiebelGood understanding of IT Service Management, and ITIL processes.Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (24/7 coverage) as per the team and business requirements, which include Night shift as wellAbout Autodesk With Autodesk software, you have the power to Make Anything.
